COVID-19 PROCEDURES

Salons are categorized as a “close-contact” business and Luster Salon operates under guidelines set forth by the state of Tennessee.  This includes that every person in the salon must wear a mask/face covering the entire time they are inside the salon. Health screening and touchless temperatures are also taken.  Only those with scheduled reservations are allowed inside the salon.  You can read more here.

CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION

When you book any type of reservation, you will receive an email and text detailing your date, time, service type, and stylist.  Please contact your stylist as soon as possible if any part of your reservation needs to be changed.  3 days before your reservation date, you will receive a text and email to confirm.  Simply click the hyperlink in your email or text and follow the prompt to confirm.  In the event your reservation is not confirmed, your stylist will assume you are not able to keep your reservation and it will be removed from their schedule.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to other guests and your stylist, if you need to cancel, reschedule or change the type of reservation, please do so at least 2 days in advance. Stylists cannot ensure service for late arrivals.  When you make a reservation with your stylist, it is exclusively yours.  In the event that you do not give proper notice to cancel or alter your reservation, rescheduling and future reservations will require prepayment. You may book a reservation based on same-day availability or you can reserve via the online booking system.  In the event that you do not arrive for your confirmed reservation, your stylist will charge for the service you had reserved.

CARD ON FILE AND DEPOSITS

At the time of booking your reservation, a card on file is required.  All card information is safe, secure, and not saved on site.  This also allows for a quick and contactless check out on appointment day.

When taken, deposits are non-refundable and are applied to your service total.  We kindly ask that you provide at least a 2-day notice to cancel your reservation OR you move your reservation to a different time or day.  If you provide 1 day or less of notice, your deposit is forfeited and will not be applied to your services.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We want you to be satisfied with any services you receive in our salon.  If you are not, please contact us as soon as possible.  We do offer a complimentary follow-up reservation provided we are contacted within 7 days of your original reservation.  Hair color services can only be guaranteed if the stylist recommended products are purchased.

CHILDREN

Out of respect for all salon guests and in our efforts to provide a relaxing and professional environment, children are welcome when they have a reservation only.  Please schedule any reservation for your child on a separate day or time than your own reservation.
